Appointments are not required at the Writing Center; we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, some times are busier than others, and there will usually be only one consultant available at a time throughout most of the day, so a scheduled appointment with a specific consultant will guarantee you a slot. Make sure you are on time for your appointment; if you are late, and someone else needs help, you will lose your appointment time.
