Q. I saved a file to the computer I was using and now when I logged back on to it I can't find the file.

The file is gone. All the Collier Library computer lab computers have a program installed call Deep Freeze which, when a user logs off, deletes any files that were not saved or installed by a system administrator. There is nothing that can be done to recover the file.
